I went to a big box store to get copies of my house key. I was dreading the interaction with an unskilled retail worker. Unable to find anyone to help me, I wandered the aisles and stumbled upon this key making vending machine. What?! The future is now. The price was great, and the robot gave me a deal for ordering more. I kept adding additional keys until the robot said "This quantity may take a while. Do you want to wait for them, or we can mail them to you?" Awesome. A few days later the keys arrived and worked perfectly. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The use of the key kiosk was very user friendly and convenient. All of the keys I had made worked well and arrived in a timely fashion as they had to be made special. Would definitely use this service again!

Kiosk was very easy to use. Lots of selections. Decent price. Fast self service. I tried the keys when I got home and they worked just fine.
